Winterize your Vehicle

Dear Friends,

Part of provident living is properly caring for your temporal resources. I am blessed with a father who does almost all the work on the family members' cars and has taught me the importance of being good to your vehicle so it will be good to you.  It is important to winterize your car before the temperature nosedives and the snow starts to fall. Please notice two particularly important items: You should have food, blankets and flashlights in your car in case you are stranded; and you should keep your gas tank half full at all times.

If you're in the market for a new ice/snow scraper, let me give you some advice.

But I LOVE this kind because it has a hard edge for scraping ice and a squeegee edge for clearing the windows:
